We’re a Donor Focused Digital Fundraising and Digital Experience Agency
Copper was formed way back in 2006 as a mainstream digital marketing agency, designing emails, websites and getting our hands dirty with executing campaigns. Over time we discovered that a common theme amongst our clients was ensuring that these channels were connected. So we set about building frameworks that helped our clients ensure that their emails, websites, social and general marketing were working together to give a consistent message.
The more we focussed on integrating channels the more we realised that we needed to focus less on which channel we wanted to deliver a message in and more on what experiences mattered to our clients' donors and customer.
This has moved us into a space of delivering customer experiences that are relevant and data driven, creating more loyal and happier customers.
We deliver experiences which uplift:
By delivering return on investment through effective campaigns, on budget and on time to drive long-term engagement.
By putting donors at the centre of the journey and responding to their needs.
By harnessing their voice within fundraising and campaigning asks and supporter experiences.
Our Donor Experience Framework
The planning behind our projects is based on the process illustrated below. This process looks at four broad stages of activity we implement - Reach, Convert, Nurture and Grow. One of the fundamentals of how we work with clients is to understand their activity at each of these stages, ultimately ensuring that they're as joined up as they can be in order to give the best experience.
Who we work with
Our client list is pretty varied but we have a particular slant towards charities. Our experience and understanding of the digital channel allows us to deliver high quality solutions and best practice to all our clients. They also all have one thing in common that they want to create more meaningful relationships online. And if they don't come to us with that requirement they soon understand the impact it can have.
